TRADE Large 2 Bedroom Condo and 2 Car Garage in Panther Woods Country Club, St. Lucie County Florida, for Smaller unit, would prefer southern part of St. Lucie County, on Hutchinson Island. One Bedroom would be fine, prefer High Rise with Garage. This Condo has NO leans or mortgages, so scavengers need not respond, only looking for an equitable trade, for a smaller Condo in South East St. Lucie closer to my Business, either on the ocean or inter-coastal. (WILL ALSO CONSIDER PAYING A CASH DIFFERENCE IF EQUITABLE) I have owned and lived in this top floor Condo for over 6 years, Located directly on the Golf Course at Panther Woods with a great view 12th green and 13th tee. These Condo's include some of the largest common area for a Condo and they suffered almost no damage from the 2 Hurricanes that hit us in the very bad 2004 season. I weather 3 direct hits in the Condo with no problems other then loss of power. These Condo's are built very well and are in a safe Gated Golf Course Community. This rural community close to Vero Beach Shopping and Restaurants, plus only 5 minutes from 2 separate entrances to I-95 and another 2 minutes to the Ft. Pierce entrance to the Florida Turnpike. This area of St. Lucie is just being found and Panther Woods itself is slowly being developed brand new homes reaching up in Million Dollar mark. | ||
