How Does It Work? It's very simple. The do-it-yourself kit consists of a small container, made of glass, metal or plastic, which is usually installed under the hood. The electrical connection is quite simple - but must be done right. The device connects to the 12 Volts of your battery via the ignition switch, to prevent hydrogen production when the engine is off.
